Thai Nurse USA was created to help Thai nurses work through the difficult and complicated pathway to becoming nurses living and working in the United States.

Our Team

Prawnapa Niemeyer
MSN, RN, PCCN
Prawnapa “Prawaa” Niemeyer RN, was born in Maha Sarakham City in Thailand in March 1986. She obtained her Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) degree from Mahasarakham University in 2008 and earned Master degree in Nursing (MSN) in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Burapha University in 2016.
She has been working as a Professional Nurse since 2008 and has worked in different areas including Critical care, Medical & Surgical, postpartum care, pediatric as well as psychiatric units.
Her last employment in her nursing career before immigrating to the United States was in the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. The Bangkok Medical unit supports the largest Embassy in the U.S. Foreign Services in providing healthcare services to more than 2,500 adult and pediatric patients. In 2019, Prawaa was recognized by the U.S. Ambassador Chargé d'Affairesto Thailand for her outstanding nursing and patient care.
Prawaa moved full time to Maui, HI USA in December, 2019 with her husband Eddie. She works full time at Maui Memorial Hospital in the Progressive Care Unit. In 2020, Prawaa and Eddie opened Valley Isle CPR teaching Heartsaver, BLS, ACLS and PALS. After less than two years in the US, she purchased her first home. The American dream has become Prawaa’s reality. She hopes to help you achieve the same goal.

Eakkawit Wetcha
BSN, RN, PCCN, MEDSURG-BC, CPC-A
Eakkawit Wetcha (Ta) was born in Chiang Rai province in Thailand . He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Rangsit University in 2015 with first class honors.
He has been working as a registered nurse in medical-surgical field since 2015. He challenged himself working in ICU. After excelling in ICU he moved to be a nurse coordinator.
In 2018, he obtained his US nursing license. He was sponsored by US employment agency in Florida, navigated the immigration process and received his EB3 visa in December 2020.
He moved to Florida as a permanent resident in 2021 and started his career in the US as a home health nurse in Royal Palm Beach. Soon after, he transferred to Fort Walton Beach and works as a full time nurse at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center in the medical-surgical unit. Ta loves living in the United States and truly hopes his experience can benefit other Thai nurses that share the same dream.

Nopparat Solumpa
BSN, RN
Nopparat Solumpa (Noppi) was born in Roi-Et City in Thailand. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Thai Red Cross College of Nursing (AKA Srisavarindhira Thai Red Cross Institute of Nursing) in 2013.
He has been working as a perioperative nurse (OR Nurse) at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, The Thai Red Cross Society since 2013. He has worked in different areas of operating room including General Surgery, Urology Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, and Plastic Surgery.
After graduation, he had a dream of being a nurse in America. While still working in Bangkok, he obtained his US nursing license in 2017. He started the immigration process in 2018. After receiving his EB3 visa (Green Card), he relocated to the USA in 2020. He has been working in the operating room as a perioperative nurse at Doctors Hospital of Augusta, Georgia.
In the future, Nopparat hopes to obtain his masters-degree in nursing and work as a travel nurse. He wants to thank his family and friends for always believing in him and helping him to accomplish his goals.

Eddie Niemeyer
B.A.
Eddie graduated from Pepperdine University in 1988 with a
bachelor's degree in business administration. During the last 35
years, he has worked in a variety of businesses including
hospitality management, the golf industry and as a real estate
salesperson for the past ten years. In addition, along with his
darling wife Prawaa, has owned and operated Valley Isle CPR
teaching Heartsaver, BLS, ACLS and PALS to laymen and health-
care professionals on the island of Maui, Hawaii. Eddie is thrilled to
add his skill set to the knowledge and experience of
ThaiNurseUSA's co-founders (Prawaa, Gita and Nopi) to provide
opportunities to Thai nurses who dream to live and work in the
United States.

International Health-Care Staffing Agencies. Providing and connecting each student with the best agency(s) that will help facilitate the transition from being a nurse in Thailand to working as a nurse in the United States.
Each agency has been thoroughly vetted to take great care of each individual providing assistance with the immigration process (USCIS, National Visa Center and US Embassy), employment search(s), living and housing expenses, assistance in obtaining car loans, etc.
